Mt McClure Gold Project
Yandal Resources Limited owns a 100% interest in the prospective Mt McClure gold project in Western Australia.
The project comprises 32 contiguous prospecting licenses covering approximately 54km² and ~20km of strike of shear/contact related mineralised trends within the Yandal Greenstone Belt. The project is located 1km south from Echo Resources’ (ASX: EAR) 1-2Moz Orelia gold deposit and 10-28km from the soon to be operational Bronzewing processing facility.

The Mt McClure project contains the historic Success, Parmelia and Challenger open gold mines which recovered ~110koz from mostly oxide material and were processed at both the former Mt McClure and Bronzewing mills.
The largest of the known deposits was Success which was mined to a vertical depth of ~100m to recover gold within oxide, transitional and primary volcanogenic sediments. The Success deposit averages 10m thick, has a strike length of 600m at surface as is open at depth.
Extensions to known mineralisation beneath and along strike from all the historic deposits will be a key focus of exploration at this project.
